In 2006, Shenyang Weizhong Revolving Machinery Co., Ltd. revolutionized the digital automotive marketing workflow by delivering a specialized 6-meter turntable to the izomcars studio in Long Beach, California. This project marked a significant shift from manual vehicle repositioning to high-precision automation, tailored specifically for the demands of professional 360-degree imaging.

The centerpiece of this installation is our proprietary Stepping Control Mechanism. This advanced logic allows the turntable to pause with surgical precision at every 10 degrees of rotation. This feature enables photographers to capture exactly 36 high-resolution images in a single, automated cycle, ensuring perfectly consistent angles, lighting, and composition—the gold standard for high-end VR car displays and digital catalogs.

By automating the entire capture process, Weizhong’s technology dramatically reduced shoot times while enhancing output quality. The low-profile design and ultra-smooth Pin-Gear Drive ensure that the mechanical components remain invisible to the lens, keeping the viewer's focus entirely on the vehicle’s design and craftsmanship.
